1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ramly888 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services available at ramly888.vu.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the ramly888 Platform.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an Account or accesses the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed on a game, sporting event, or other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other non-cash incentive awarded to a Player by ramly888.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by local law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing a Wager on the ramly888 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. ramly888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The ramly888 Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager. 21+ By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. ramly888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a Player is found to be underage, the Account will be immediately closed, all Wagers will be voided, and any funds will be returned net of any Bonuses received.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

Players must ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is permitted where you are located. ramly888 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Players from Prohibited Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or wager.

3.3 Account Registration

To access wagering services, you must register a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to:

• Provide your true full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details;
• Not impersonate any other person or use a false identity;
• Update your Account information promptly if any details change;
• Not register more than one Account on the Platform.

ramly888 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its absolute discretion.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ramly888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ramly888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ramly888 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme consistent with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. At any time — particularly before processing withdrawals — ramly888 may require you to provide certified copies of identity documents, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the prescribed timeframe may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of funds pending resolution.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ramly888 may charge a monthly administration fee of up to RM 20 on dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing reasonable prior notice. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Funds may be deposited using the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and USDT TRC20. All deposits must be made from payment instruments owned and registered in your name. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the Platform's banking page.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by ramly888. Before a withdrawal is processed, your Account must have passed all applicable KYC verification steps and any applicable wagering requirements must have been met. ramly888 aims to process withdrawal requests on the same business day; actual receipt times depend on the payment provider.

5.3 Currency

The functional currency of the Platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All balances, Wagers, and Bonus values are expressed in MYR unless otherwise stated. Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ramly888 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We will report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Players must not use the Platform to deposit or transfer funds obtained through illegal activity. Any Account associated with suspected money laundering will be suspended pending investigation and reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Wagering & Gaming Rules

All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product category — live casino, sportsbook, slots, jackpots, and e-sports. These rules are published on the relevant product pages and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All Wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. Wagers cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance.
• ramly888 reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed in error, that exploits a technical fault, or that was accepted under circumstances that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round or sports event, the Platform will resolve the Wager based on the recorded game state at the time of disconnection. ramly888 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Maximum Wager limits per game and per event are as displayed within the Platform and are subject to change.
• All live casino game results are produced through physical game mechanics — real cards, dice, and wheels — and are independently audited. RNG-based game results are certified by independent testing laboratories.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, ramly888 may offer Bonuses and promotional incentives. The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, assigned, or sold. They are intended for the sole use of the registered Account holder.
• ramly888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any Bonus already credited and subject to an active wagering requirement will continue under the terms at the time of crediting.
• Abuse of promotions — including registration of multiple accounts to claim multiple Bonuses — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• Register an Account if you are under 21 years of age or reside in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Provide false or misleading information during registration or any KYC process;
• Open or control more than one Account on the Platform;
• Collude with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or Wager;
• Use any software, algorithm, robot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform;
• Exploit software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in any game or Platform feature;
• Engage in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the Platform;
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any portion of the Platform's software or content;
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's normal operation or the experience of other Players.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ramly888 reserves the right to void all Wagers, suspend or permanently close the Account, and recover any damages or losses from the Player.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ramly888 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, text, and data — is the exclusive property of ramly888 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ramly888.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ramly888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• ramly888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• ramly888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

ramly888 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic. The following tools are available to all registered Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from within your Account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) if you need a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be closed and you will not be permitted to re-register.

12. Termination & Suspension

ramly888 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account with or without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We are required to do so by law, regulatory authority, or a court order;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Your Account has been subject to a self-exclusion request;
• We determine in our reasonable judgment that continued provision of services would expose ramly888 to legal or regulatory risk.

Upon termination of your Account for breach, ramly888 may forfeit any Bonus Balance and void any unsettled Wagers. Your Real Money Balance (net of any amounts owed to ramly888) will be returned to you subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ramly888 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure (see Section 14) shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, unless you are entitled to bring proceedings in a local court under applicable consumer protection law.
